Process
Classification- Shredding
Food waste brought into the factory is stored in a storage tank, shredded (sealing plastic bags), and initially sorted and sorted.
Fermentation drying
Food waste is treated in an environmentally friendly manner using a mechanical-biological treatment (MBT) technique that mixes it with aerobic microorganisms in a mechanical structure optimized for high-capacity, high-speed processing.
Mixer
The dried fermentation by-products generated after processing are mixed with biomass such as rice husk to create raw materials for eco-friendly solid fuel.
Forming machine
The mixed raw materials are molded into pellets and shipped as products.
